All of our finished cattle are all natural–antibiotic and artificial growth hormone free–and are pasture raised with a supplement of farm-raised hay, corn, silage, and haylage grown on our farm. The result: Easton View Angus have developed a reputation for superior marbling, juiciness, tenderness, and flavor and are preferred by chefs and restaurants in New York City and across the Northeast.
Chefs like to say, “Know fat to know flavor. No fat no flavor.” That’s why Easton View Angus ensures that our cattle have superior marbling…the fine flecks of fat that are found within the muscle and what provides a a cut of meat with juiciness and flavor.
Easton View Angus are processed at Eagle Bridge Custom Meats, and our beef is dry-aged 14 days prior to processing to enhance tenderness and flavor. All meat is USDA inspected, available in two ways (primal portions or packaged cuts), vacuum packed, and frozen to preserve freshness and taste. Cuts we offer include: Filet Mignon, New York Strip Steak, T-Bone Steak, Porterhouse, Sirloin Steak, Ribeye Steak, Hanger Steak, Flank Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Skirt Steak, Eye of Round Steak, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Eye of Round Roast, Brisket, Ground Beef, Cube Steak, Shish Kabobs, Stew Beef, Short Ribs, Heart, Liver, Tongue, and Ox-Tail.
Easton View Angus operates alongside the Skiff Dairy Farm in Easton, N.Y. The farm spans nearly 500 acres of rolling fields and pastures near the southeast border of Vermont. In 2013, Easton View Angus purchased an additional 106 acres of land for additional crop land and raising our herd of Angus cattle.

Home to Easton View Angus, Skiff Farm was purchased in 1940 by the late Bill Skiff and has evolved into a leading dairy and beef farm in Upstate New York.
Our beef, which is processed locally at Eagle Bridge Custom Meats, is popular with chefs and restaurants in New York City and Boston. We also service clients throughout the Northeast.
