About Our Black Angus Cuts and Processing
Easton View Angus sells our beef cattle a half animal or a whole animal at a time. A fresh half consist of four pieces and will be dry aged up to two weeks prior to shipping to further enhance the tenderness and flavor. All meat is USDA inspected, vacuum packed, and frozen to preserve freshness and taste.
All of our cattle are processed 10 miles from our farm at Eagle Bridge Custom Meats in Eagle Bridge, N.Y. A family-owned business, Eagle Bridge Custom Meats has a dedicated team of experienced butchers and meat processors who take pride in providing Easton View Angus with high quality Angus cuts.
